Boil 200 g dal. Take 2 teaspoon edible oil, add mustard, onion, green chillies, curry leaves and fry till golden brown. Take 200 g cut vegetables and sauté well. Add tomato pieces, boil and add tamarind water. Mix with fresh coconut paste for enhanced taste.. Now add 1 to 1½ tablespoon Eatpecker Sambar Powder and boil until the dal blends well. Now garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Now tasty Eatpecker Sambar is ready to serve. - Versatile Usage:
